This unpasteurized hard cheese was developed from a traditional Caerphilly recipe, but adapted and matured for four to eight months to give it unique texture and flavor. Berkswell enhances any cheese board with its striking good looks. Beautiful golden-orange rind, moulded in a unique barrel-shaped truckle and ribbed for extra pleasure! BERTHAUT EPOISSES DE BOURGOGNE 250G

This small Burgundian cheese is a top candidate for the top ten most pungent French cheeses. Its a classic cow's milk cheese that is washed in Marc de Bourgogne, a local Burgundy alcohol, similar to Grappa. CAMEMBERT WASHED IN CALVADOS 500G

CHARLES MARTELL DOUBLE GLOUCESTER

Charles Martell’s own herd of cows produces the creamy, rich milk from which this fabulous cheese is made. The ‘double’ refers to the traditional way of making the cheese, which is based on using both morning and evening milk. Double Gloucester has a hard close smooth texture, and a flavour in between Cheshire and aged Cheddar. The flavour is pronounced but mellow. Anatto is added to give the cheese its characteristic orange colour.
