Made by Riauridh Stone of the Highland Fine Cheese Tain. It truly screams Blue Murder! Complex and creamy laced with bold cracks and streaks of blue. Spicy, steely and sweet. Try with one of our peated drams, they tend to be a touch sweeter and that always matches nicely with the salty note of a blue cheese, also a muscat or pudding wine.
Easy to enjoy with savoury or sweet, and easy to cook with.
Made from pasteurised cow’s milk, and vegetarian rennet.
