Over in Penzance, Pocketful of Stones Distillery has been busy crafting this citrus-forward Marmalade Old Tom! Seville orange peel is distilled alongside a range of other botanicals, and post distillation even more Seville orange peel is then infused as well. Before bottling it's slightly sweetened, giving it a lovely jammy (well, marmalade-y) flavour profile.
