Pierre Robert has a soft paste that is almost mousse like, with a rind formed from white mould. This cheese ripens in about 3 weeks to a perfect mild buttery texture with a tangy bite not often found in this style of cheese.
Details: This triple cream cheese has a developed, rich flavour and smooth, buttery paste. It was created when Robert Rouzaire and his friend Pierre after they began to find their Brillat-Savarin tiresome and so matured it in order to develop its characteristics.
Ingredients: Unpasteurised Cows Milk, Salt, Animal Rennet, Starter Culture, Mould Culture
